All services are subject to availability, site conditions, material availability, permitting, and scheduling.
2. Estimates and Proposals
All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing
Pricing is based on the information available at the time of inspection
Hidden damage, code upgrades, material changes, or scope changes may result in revised pricing
Written approval is required before work begins
3. Third-Party Financing
Twisted C Construction may offer access to third-party financing options for qualified customers.
Financing approval, terms, rates, and payments are determined solely by the financing provider
Twisted C Construction does not control, guarantee, or underwrite financing decisions
Any financing agreement is strictly between you and the third-party lender
4. Scheduling and Delays
Construction timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Material availability
Permit or inspection delays
Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
Twisted C Construction is not liable for delays caused by such factors.
5. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your written agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in:
Suspension of work
Late fees where permitted by law
Collection efforts
Filing of applicable liens in accordance with Oklahoma law
6. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable materials and are governed by the manufacturer
Workmanship warranties, if offered, will be stated in writing
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, extreme weather events, or unauthorized modifications
7. Property Access and Responsibility
By hiring Twisted C Construction, you grant permission to access your property for inspection, work, and related activities.
You are responsible for:
Removing valuables or fragile items near work areas
Securing pets
Notifying us of known hazards or underground utilities
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Twisted C Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided
